The baby alpaca fiber (98%) used for this hat is rich and multi-tonal with subtle blends of lighter and darker grays. It is wound with a boucle rayon thread (2%) for strength and additional texture. The inner ears are knit with a merino / angora blend which adds a touch of fuzzy softness. This hat is cuddly, adorable, and ideal for chilly days and all those pictures. Wool is naturally dust mite resistant and tends to repel dirt and water. To best preserve this item, I always suggest to gently hand-wash with mild soap. Shape hat and lay flat to dry.
